"It barely lasted"
I thought this would hold up better, but it broke after just a few weeks of use. I was—i was disappointed because I hadn’t even used it that much.

I ordered from woodleo.com mostly because the price seemed reasonable, and I think a lot of customers would probably feel the same. The product does what it’s supposed to do, but it didn’t really feel like an amazing deal once I had it in hand. A few parts seemed a little cheaper than I was expecting. Delivery was fine and showed up without any issues, but nothing really stood out. For the price, it’s okay, especially if you’re just looking for something that gets the job done, but I wouldn’t say it’s something most people would be overly excited about.

I was hoping to pick the exact size and finish I wanted, but the options were limited. You kind of expect more flexibility when you’re trying to customize something, so it was a bit disappointing.

"Felt misled by the wood quality"
I ordered from woodleo.com because the wood looked really solid and well-finished on the site, but what showed up was disappointing. A few pieces had rough edges, little cracks, and the finish looked uneven, so it didn’t feel nearly as nice as what I thought I was paying for.

I get that wood can vary, and maybe I just got a bad batch, but the photos and description made it seem like the quality would be much better. For the price, I expected something sturdier and cleaner, and I definitely felt a bit misled once I opened the package

"Dealing with the warranty support was more..."
Dealing with the warranty support was more annoying than I expected. I kept getting bounced around from one person to another, like first I had to explain the issue, then send photos, then repeat the same details again, then wait for another email, then call back just to hear something different. It felt like nobody was really on the same page. I never got a clear answer about what was covered, how long it would take, or what I was supposed to do next. For something that should’ve been simple, it turned into way too much back-and-forth. Not a great experience at all.

"I wanted to like this shelf because..."
I wanted to like this shelf because it does look good in the photos, but putting it together was frustrating. The fittings didn’t line up right, and no matter how much I adjusted it, it still wobbled. The customer photos made it seem sturdier than it actually is. i wouldn’t recommend it to a friend

"Disappointed with the packaging"
I’ll admit I’m a bit picky about packaging, especially when something made of wood is being shipped, but this was really disappointing. The box felt flimsy, and there was barely any padding inside, so the item showed up with marks on it. It felt like it was packed in a rush. For what I paid, I expected a lot more care.

Had a problem with my order and support kept sending vague replies that didn’t really help. Took forever to get a response, and still never got a proper fix. Felt like they were just hoping I’d give up and stop asking. Not a great experience.

"Shipping took way longer than I expected"
I placed my order and ended up waiting a lot longer than I thought I would. The tracking barely updated for days, which made me keep wondering if everything was okay or if the package had gotten lost. I don’t mind waiting a little, but it would’ve been nice to get more updates or some reassurance along the way...

"Rough finish and not worth the price"
I was let down when I got this. The wood had rough patches, some of the edges weren’t even, and one corner just looked like nobody really took their time with it. And then the finish had these little marks in it too, almost like dust got trapped under the coating or something.

I tried to just live with it at first, but the more I looked at it, the more the flaws stood out. For what it costs, I expected it to feel a lot more solid and carefully made. It kind of feels rushed, which is frustrating. I wouldn’t buy it again.

"Showed up damaged and became more trouble than it was worth"
I ordered from woodleo.com the whole thing was disappointing from the moment it arrived. The corners were clearly damaged, and one of the pieces had an actual crack in it, not just a tiny scratch or something I could ignore. Even the box looked beat up, so I couldn’t really tell if it was packed poorly to begin with or if it just got handled badly during shipping, but either way, it showed up in bad shape.

I reached out to them thinking it would be a fairly simple situation, like I’d send a few photos and they’d either replace the part or give me some kind of clear solution. They did ask for pictures, and I sent them over, but after that it still took longer than I expected to get anything helpful back. It just felt like I had to wait around for the next step instead of them making it easy to fix a problem that wasn’t my fault.
The most frustrating part is that I had already waited for the order, so opening it and finding it damaged right away was annoying enough, and then dealing with the slow back-and-forth made it worse. I get that shipping issues happen sometimes, but when they do, the company should make it feel easy to sort out. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t order from them again.

I ordered one thing and they sent me something else entirely. When I reached out, I just got vague promises that they’d “look into it” and “get back to me,” but nothing clear about when I’d get the right item or a refund. Frustrating experience.

I’ve bought similar wooden items before and they usually hold up much better than this. The wood on this one felt cheap right away, and the finish started peeling sooner than I expected. Overall, I was disappointed with the quality

"Assembly made no sense"
I ordered this from woodleo.com and yeah, the assembly was a whole mess. The holes didn’t line up properly, the instructions were super tiny and confusing, and I kept having to redo steps because things just weren’t fitting right. Like, make it make sense. It took way longer than it should have, and even after finally getting it together, it still doesn’t feel like it’s sitting evenly. Definitely not an easy build and I wouldn’t buy it again

"Uh, sizing was a little off"
I ordered based on their size chart, but it didn’t fit quite like it was supposed to. The holes and edges were a bit off, so I ended up having to trim it myself to make it work. Uh, not the end of the world, but definitely annoying considering the price.
